Diet is the sum of food consumed by a person or other organism. The word diet often implies the use of specific intake of nutrition for the purposes of optimal health or weight management reasons. Physical activity on the other hand encompasses any bodily movement produced by skeletal muscles that requires energy expenditure.  According to WHO, Physical inactivity (lack of physical activity) has been identified as the fourth leading risk factor for global mortality (6% of deaths globally). The relationship between diet and physical activity is a closely related one. The Public Health Students Association (PHSA) Awards ceremony, held recently at the School of Public Health of the University of Health and Allied Sciences in Hohoe on the 10th of March 2018, saw a lot of talented and deserving students as well as media groups and student unions walk home proudly with awards for various categories.  Worth-noting among the awardees is one of the finest correspondents and the head of Campus Radio Ghana,  Mr. Angmortey Kwabena Raphael , whose nomination into two of the categories didn't come as a surprise.
